About this Role

The primary objective of this role is to boost revenue by recruiting more clients into one of our consulting programs: Dream Dress Fitness.

This will primarily involve two methods: outbound setting and inbound calls.

Your responsibilities will encompass prospecting, enrolling, and nurturing new clients for the training program.

This also includes addressing defaulted payments, managing refund requests, and supporting the client success teams as necessary.

NOTE: This is a full-time, remote position, enabling you to work from any location.

Prior sales experience with a zeal to further refine your skills through elite training.

Most crucially, a coachable attitude, recognizing the value of learning from those further along the journey.

Compensation:

There’s a basic pay for the initial month to help you get accustomed.

Subsequently, this role operates on a commission-only basis.

Our closers, even those without prior sales experience, earn between 1-3L/mo INR.
