Job Summary :
Roade Labs Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, preferably in the IT or product sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets. This role will focus on supporting the sales of our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and follow through to close sales.
Engage with clients to understand their business needs and propose appropriate solutions from our product offerings.
Conduct product demonstrations, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging and client needs.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to provide timely updates to management.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT or product-based companies.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to drive sales and close deals.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
