Job Description
What does a successful Enterprise Training Professional do at Fiserv?
- Enterprise Trainer will work with our sales teams in a focused effort to promote strong sales performance across the business.
- The role will help train salespeople who are experts in their industry, product, and market knowledge, giving us a competitive edge.
What will you do:
- Develop, Design and deliver sales/knowledge specific learning and development programs that meet the business and individual needs specifically in a B2B environment.
- Deliver sales training to sales team pan India, classroom and e-learning sessions.
- Work on training material development.
- Prepare training calendar.
- Comprehensive evaluation to understand the effectiveness of the learning delivered as part of an ongoing effort to constantly improve our L&D offering.
- Training of alliance and partners
What will you need to know:
- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in B2B Financial Services in Sales Training role
- Knowledge of Consultative Sales Techniques and Methodologies
- Training experience in both B2B Telesales and Field Sales environments essential
- Ability to develop Sales Coaching programmes and Coaching Skills transfer
- Previous experience of curriculum design essential
- Should be self-motivated, organized and proactive individual with strong communications, interpersonal & presentation skills.
What would be great to have:
- Preferably be a certified Trainer
- Knowledge on the relevant payment industry.
