Job Title: Sales Trainer
Department: Training & Development
Location – Delhi | Mumbai
Working Days – Monday to Friday ( WFO ) Saturday ( WFH )
Experience – 6 – 10 years
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to deliver effective training programs, both online and offline, to enhance sales team performance and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have field training experience, strong content creation skills, and a proven track record of improving sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training (online and offline)
- Create engaging training materials (PPTs, knowledge decks, infographics)
- Provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) and handholding support
- Track batch success rates and measure training effectiveness
- Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) to address skill gaps
- Drive business conversion and revenue
- Travel for field training as required
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate/Master’s Degree (Preferred) in Marketing, Sales, or Business
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in sales training
- Fluent in English & Hindi
- Strong skills in content development and data analysis
- Proven ability to drive business improvement and achieve targets
Key Competencies:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative in developing training materials
- Strong analytical skills to assess training impact
