Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement
B2B sales strategies
to achieve and exceed $1 million in annual
cybersecurity services revenue
targeting mid-market and enterprise clients in BFSI and Hi-Tech sectors.
·
Client Engagement:
Leverage an established network of CIOs and CISOs to build long-term relationships and uncover high-value opportunities.
·
Pipeline Management : Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
·
Solution Selling:
Articulate Scybers’ value proposition, focusing on
SOC/MDR , Security Engineering and Cloud Security solutions.
·
Negotiation and Closing : Manage the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals.
·
Market Insights:
Continuously research and provide insights on
industry trends , competitive threats, and customer needs to enhance the value of Scybers’ offerings.
·
Collaboration : Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
·
4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT services or cybersecurity.
·
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets.
·
Existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, or decision-makers in BFSI, technology, or similar sectors.
·
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
·
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
