Inside Sales (Demand Generation Lead)

Role Overview:
As the Demand Generation Lead, you will play a crucial role in building a qualified pipeline across specific verticals and geographic regions. You will:
Develop and execute outreach campaigns (calls, emails) to drive demand for Sedha’s service offerings.
Nurture prospective clients through solution demos, case studies, and thought leadership material.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, driving prospects through exploratory calls, meetings, and proposal qualification.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop winning strategies and align with customers’ objectives.
Work closely with the Solutions and Practice teams to understand customer needs throughout the lead-to-deal journey.
Promote Sedha’s offerings on

and other platforms to enhance visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate and nurture qualified leads through multiple channels.
Conduct solution demos and present relevant case studies to prospects.
Drive opportunities from exploration to proposal stage, qualifying leads effectively.
Partner with sales teams to strategise and close deals.
Act as a brand ambassador on , elevating Sedha’s market presence.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
5–8 years of experience in demand generation, business development, or inside sales.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience selling Technology Services, Staff Augmentation, SaaS, Cloud, Data, Analytics, or AI solutions, particularly in the Australian and Singapore markets.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to engage C-level, VP-level, and Director-level contacts in Fortune 500 companies.
Experience in designing and executing campaigns within a target account list.
Ability to qualify opportunities and improve closure rates.
