Senior Associate/Delivery Lead-Structured Finance (Urgent Search)

Job Description

The role would involve:

Support deal team in all aspects of securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes.

Help prepare marketing presentations, term sheets and rating agency related output.

Develop securitization cash flow models and perform portfolio and historical data analysis for various types of assets.

Conduct market research and industry review projects for various asset classes

Develop and maintain databases and automated tools used by the team to track information such as transaction pricings, investor participation, etc.

Required Background

At least 2-8 years of experience in Structure Finance domain

Good Understanding of Fixed Income / Securitization / Ratings / Asset Backed Securities / CLO’s/ Mortgage Backed Securities and new asset classes

Familiarity with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required; previous experience with VBA within MS Excel or other coding/scripting experience a plus

Familiarity with Intex/Bloomberg/Trepp/Deal Cloud and Oxane

Strong communication skills

Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
