Role: Bench Sales Recruiter 1 to 5 years experienceJob type: FulltimeWorkplace type: Hyderabad, KondapurTime zone: ESTWork timing: 9:00am EST to 5pm EST (6pm IST to 3am IST)Salary: 2L INR to 6L INR + Good IncentiveShould have 1-5 years of experience in Bench Sales (US IT Staffing )Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations, and Follow Up.The sole responsibility for marketing IT Bench Consultants (H1B, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT) with vendors or Direct ClientStrong hands-on experience in marketing H1B, and H1B Transfer Visa.Updating resumes into Job Portals Like Dice, Tech-fetch, Monster, CareerBuilder, Simply-Hire, and Indeed.Applying on the Job openings through the job portals on behalf of consultants.Creating a HOT list of consultants and spreading it to Rapport Contacts, Google groups, Big Hotlist, and Pro-hires on Daily Basis.Getting the requirements from Tier-1 Vendors/ implementing Partners.The follow-up to the vendors regarding feedbackMust be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing.Must be prompt in responding on time to consultants, Vendors, Clients, and secure new vendor relations coordinate with the Internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements.
