(Sr.) Program Manager, L1 Growth Initiatives
We are looking for an exceptionally smart, articulate and ambitious individual to join our L1 Growth team. The (Sr.) Program Manager will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects and programs that align with L1’s strategic goals.
In this position, you will have full responsibility for several initiatives, managing everything from strategy development to execution to ensure successful outcomes. You will drive scoping and evaluating key options through a structured outcome-orientated approach, creating specific implementation plans and governance structures and generating execution transparency through measurement and feedback.
This role is fully remote from anywhere in India but may require international travel to United States.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Scope and develop strategic options for the company, in partnership with key leaders
Project manage data collection, analysis and planning work
Become a subject matter expert and retrieve data and key insights from live interactions as well as from desktop research
Create robust quantitative analytical models that deliver key perspective on likely outcomes, as well as on uncertainty and risk
Organize launch of new strategic initiatives, including governance structure and measurement rhythm
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

YOUR KEY RESULTS:
Your consulting-like, project-orientated assignments will be evaluated on:
Meaningfulness of key options and solutions identified
Effectiveness of partnership and interaction with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
Execution pace and control, ensuring proactively identifying and mitigating risks and bottlenecks
Quality of executive presentations, including to CEO and COO
Ability to add value and improve the quality of the outcomes, as opposed to merely run a process
Ability to manage and control performance by virtue of organization, process, and data-driven feedback loops
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MBA / Masters from Tier-1 B-school
3+ years of analytical problem-solving and execution experience demonstrated in a high ownership / high impact area, with Program Management or Consulting experience in a Tech / Startup environment preferred
You are comfortable and effective in executive interactions, and you have clear reasons to believe you are able to add value with your acumen and insightfulness when engaging with executives
Your communication skills are outstanding, both verbal and written: you are clear and crisp, senior leaders understand you well when you talk or present
You are motivated and willing to put in the effort that is required to do the job, and to get your hands dirty
Prior experience in the US real estate or mortgage industries not required
