How will you make an Impact:
The TLS Colleague MIS & Analytics team supports the Travel & Lifestyle Services frontline servicing teams with regards to the performance management framework. It provides significant analytical and reporting support to TLS across 23 global markets helping drive efficiencies & effectiveness through a robust performance management playbook. The successful candidate will be part of this high performing team and will primarily be responsible for providing global Goal Plan Reporting & Insights to support & drive customer facing frontline colleague performance.
Responsibilities:
• Drive frontline Goal Plans – Lead & manage market reporting & insights.
• Generate and deliver best in class analytics and reporting solutions to support Performance Colleague Analytics, Monthly reporting process & business transformation initiatives.
•Support various adhoc requests & analysis from the key stakeholders.
•Collaborate closely with Frontline Operations & the broader Performance Management teams to drive the frontline performance through analytics and actionable insights.
•Candidate should have hands on experience strong visualization & interface of reports and dashboards.
•Candidate will leverage tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Cornerstone (Big Data) to create dashboards and drive insights.
•Drive automation in the BAU processes.

Past Experience:
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience working in a complex MIS & Business reporting environment.
•Hands-On experience on creating Tableau / Power BI Dashboards.
•Strong working knowledge on MS-Excel, SQL / MySQL.
•Knowledge of Hadoop or Hive would be an added advantage.
•Experience in Performance Management Domain or the Travel Industry would be preferred
Academic Background:
•Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering / Management / Computer Application
Technical Skills/Capabilities:
•Strong experience in SQL / SAS / Hadoop / Hive
•Expertise on visualization tools – Tableau & Power BI
•Comfortable with tools like MS Excel, VBA, MS PowerPoint
Knowledge of Platforms:
•Hadoop, Hive, SAS, SQL; Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Big-Data / Cornerstone experience
