Minimum

5-15 years of experience

in delivering ServiceNow

implementations

(coding,

testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting changes) in the

application.
Good

Experience with

ServiceNow

ITOM

and

Service Portal .
Experience

in Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations
Experience

with Web Technologies ( XML ,

HTML ,

JavaScript ,

Web Services , etc) and

working in a SaaS environment Knowledge of technical components such as

LDAP ,

VPN ,

SSL , and other such technologies.
Good

Knowledge of ServiceNow Core functionality
Strong

customer service and excellent verbal/written communication
Excellent

attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management

skills
Understand

the full application lifecycle
