Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Director of Engineering at XTEN-AV. The role involves leading engineering teams, managing software development projects, overseeing integrations, and coordinating project management activities on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills, (8-10 Years of relevant experience)
• Software Development expertise
• Project Management proficiency
• Experience in integration processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Previous experience in the AV industry is a plus
