Position Overview:-
As a DevOps Engineering Manager, you will be leading a team to build operational excellence around the highly scalable and extensible big data platform that provides the foundation for collecting, storing, modeling, and analysing massive data sets from multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
• Align Perfios with key Client initiatives.
• Continuously review the current environment to detect deficiencies and recommend, plan, and implement improvement solutions.
• Ensure that all capabilities delivered align with the original business objectives, service levels, IT strategies, and design intent.
• Recommend new technologies that improve DevOps services, reduce costs, and/or provide a competitive advantage.
• Drive the definition of project scope and backlog management.
• Communicate and report status at an appropriate frequency and level of detail for each stakeholder.
• Collaborate with the architecture and infrastructure delivery teams to ensure consistent solution design and integration.
• Ability to understand business requirements and tie them to technology solutions
• Build a delivery plan with domain experts and stay on track
• Design, develop, and evolve highly scalable and fault-tolerant Cloud Infrastructure.
• Excellent experience in implementing Infra-as-a-Code, CI/CD, Monitoring/Logging solutions, Cloud Consulting, Managing support teams and complex data system management.
• Build team and manage it day to day basis.
• Guiding DevOps engineers in day-to-day design and implementation tasks, stepping in to code if needed.
• Define your team structure, Hire and train your team as needed
• Hands on coder with good understanding on enterprise level code
• Design and implement APIs, abstractions and integration patterns to solve challenging distributed computing problems
• E xperience in defining technical requirements, automating jobs, productionizing jobs, experience designing cloud architecture with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud and exploring new big data technologies .
• Must be a strategic thinker with the ability to think unconventional.
• Analytical and data-driven orientation.

• Ability to be both a leader and hands on “doer”.
Qualifications:-
• 15+ year track record of relevant work experience and a Computer Science or related technical discipline is required
• Dynamic leader who has directly managed a team of highly competent developers in fast-paced work environment
• Experience in Architecture and Management of enterprise-scale applications/Data Systems.
• Experience in agile methodology
• Development and support experience in the Data domain.
• Architecting, developing, implementing and maintaining Cloud, automation and Data solutions
• Experience on Developing and managing workloads on AWS/GCP/Azure
• Experience with DevOps tools and process implementations (IaaC, CD, CD, Monitoring, Logging, K8s, Docker etc)
• Experience in cloud infrastructure security and k8s security.
