Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive Human Resources to join our team at JobStars HR Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Senior Executive Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including recruiting, payroll, operations management, employee training, and HR recruiting. This is a full-time position based in Cochin, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Relevant experience as a HR executive or similar role, with 1-3 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, payroll, operations management, and employee training.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for efficient HR operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, screen and select candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations and address any issues or conflicts.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and ensure skills development.
  • Stay updated on current HR trends and practices to optimize HR operations.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
