Job Summary:

The Finance Manager/Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for handling the financial health of the organization by managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role requires a strategic business partner mindset to drive financial performance, ensure compliance, and improve financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

    •    Financial Management: Handled financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with state and federal regulations.

    •    Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, provide financial forecasts, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.

    •    Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

    •    Compliance and Internal Controls: Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with regulatory (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC and any other) requirements. Conduct periodic reviews of policies and procedures.

    •    Risk Management: Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring that risk management processes are in place.

    •    Strategic Planning: Act as a financial business partner to senior management and provide strategic advice on growth, profitability, and capital structure improvements.

    •    Performance Measurement: Conduct profitability analysis, return on investment calculations, and implement measures to enhance the company’s financial position.

Required Skills and Abilities:

    •     Core software proficiency – Zoho books, Quickbooks, GST filing, TDS filing, PT Filing, excel, ppt, word.

    •    Strong leadership and managerial abilities.

    •    Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.

    •    Knowledge of financial compliance, laws, and regulations.

    •    Proficient in accounting software and financial tools.

    •    Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

    •    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Education and Experience:

    •    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

    •    CPA certification is highly preferred.

    •    2-5 years of experience in a similar finance role, with leadership responsibilities.
