What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as a Business Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement, providing strategic business partnering, optimizing costs, ensuring revenue assurance, and overseeing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Additionally, this role will focus on automating the P&L dashboard to enhance financial reporting efficiency.

The business finance team, also known as the finance department or financial team, plays a crucial role in any organization. Their primary responsibilities include managing the company’s finances, ensuring financial stability, and supporting strategic decision-making.

• P&L Management: Lead the management and analysis of the P&L statement, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with financial objectives and targets.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with business units and department heads to provide financial insights, analysis, and support for decision-making. Act as a strategic partner in driving business growth and profitability.
• Cost Optimization: Identify cost optimization opportunities across the organization. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and operational efficiency.
• Revenue Assurance: Work with sales and revenue teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition, monitor billing and collections, and identify areas for revenue enhancement.
• Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Lead the development and coordination of the AOP, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Track performance against the AOP and provide regular updates to management.
• Automation of P&L Dashboard: Design and implement automated P&L dashboards and reporting tools to streamline financial reporting processes. Ensure real-time access to key financial metrics.
