Position Overview: We are seeking a fast-paced, bold, and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer who has a passion for creativity and innovation. If you’ve worked with B2B brands and are ready to move beyond conventional design, we want you to help us bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop compelling visual concepts that align with our brand identity and objectives.
– Must possess expert-level proficiency in creating and delivering impactful PowerPoint presentations, with a strong focus on visual storytelling, design, and clarity.
– Create and design a wide range of marketing materials, taking ownership of all creative assets, including digital assets, social media graphics, powerpoint presentations and print collateral
– Flexibility to stretch whenever required.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.
– Maintain a keen eye for detail while keeping the broader strategic vision in focus.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously push creative boundaries.
– Illustrate concepts when necessary to enhance visual storytelling.
– People from the agency side are welcome to apply.

Qualifications:

– 5-8 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a B2B environment.
– Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work and creative problem-solving.
– Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, and After Effects) and Powerpoint is required. Candidates with animation/motion graphic skills will be a plus.
– Illustration skills are a plus.
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
