Senior Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Data Analytics & Reporting
Provide comprehensive HR metrics and analytics, including HR dashboard reporting and ad-hoc reports using Excel and other tools as required.
Ensure effective data management to deliver comprehensive dashboards, scorecards, gender diversity, attrition and other HR metrics, through accurate reporting and presentation.
Proactively leverage HRIS tools to generate regular HR metrics, track performance, and deliver actionable insights to the business.
Troubleshoot data and reports to ensure accuracy and reliability.
HR Operations & Process Improvement
Facilitate smooth execution of HR initiatives and identify problem areas at various levels, providing recommendations to management.
Analyze HR reports and deliver insights to improve processes, enhance productivity, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Develop solutions to refine procedures and methods, increasing overall HR efficiency.
Assist in the rollout and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Identify and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across HR operations.
Collaboration & Compliance
Meet with management to discuss and clarify project requests, highlight issues, and provide actionable recommendations.
Write detailed reports and deliver presentations to senior leadership on findings and progress.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency on the status of queries, issues, and concerns.
Ensure strict compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.

Adhere to the organisation’s environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

Education
Graduate/Postgraduate or global equivalent degree.
Experience
5–8 years of experience, preferably in Human Resources Analytics role.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
