Job Description

Purpose:- Testing professional who can design solutions to testing problems by application of contextually relevant processes and practice, the use of tools and technology Job Details- Develop and publish roadmaps for test architecture and test automation in sync with business needs and software architectures Identify and plan capability internal / external to deliver Test Automation Identify and manage Advanced Development programs to create new capabilities. Make Software Quality an integral part of every project/program execution Guide V&V project owners to deliver project test strategy, plans, and estimates Ensure high-quality and timely project delivery through regular tracking and reviews Implement business-relevant concepts like Scrum, TDD, & Test Factory Bring Best in class testing and test automation practices from the external industry Guide the team to develop Test Architecture solutions as per Roadmaps, document trade-offs and decisions Collaborate with Quality Organization to plan testing for supporting architecture / systems Collaborate with execution teams at all product development stages Develop technical understanding of full system / Simulation type / Load case / Product attribute etc. for existing product categories Lead cross-functional projects and interaction with internal and external Stakeholders Review / Approves best practices across globe Experience with automated electromechanical test execution, fixture design and fabrication preferred Experience with automated product verification software/hardware systems Experience applying system engineering techniques is preferred 2. Work with different Test Automation Architecture software vendors to understand the new Test Automation areas/application Guide others to apply Opex and DFMEA methodologies to identify software issues and mitigate risks Working knowledge of Python, C/C++ programming languages and microcontroller integrated circuits (Microchip, NXP, Renesas, STMicroelectronics, TI, GigaDevice)
