Job Description

Highly motivated and experienced sales professional with 6-10 years of experience to join our Services sales team as Senior Manager at Bangalore location. This “business-to-business” sales professional should be able to prospect target accounts for new business, maintain an existing territory of business as well as establish and work with Distributor/partners. The candidate must be comfortable in providing Solution selling for technical products/ services solutions to all levels of targeted segments. Experience in MV-LV Product/ Equipment/ Power Quality Solutions / Energy Management Systems or Solution sales is a must. Knowledge of Digital solution, Consulting would be a added advantage. The Candidate should be familiar with end users, Industries, Utilities, EPC contractors in the Southern region. This will be a “Solution-oriented” position that uses consultative sales techniques, training and tools to provide the candidate with every opportunity for success. Skill set required:Self Driven Individual & Should be able to deliver the committed target.Agility to meet 2-3 customers daily in field & Customer relationship management.Consultative Selling ApproachStrong Techno-Commercial knowledge on MV/LV Switchgears, Transformers, Power Quality Solutions & Energy Management Solutions.Independently able to handle customers for Solution Business & Digital BusinessShould be able to work extended hours as necessary.Excellent written and verbal communicationMultitasking capabilityService Sales Job description:Retrofit & Revamps of MV/LV Switchgears & Products.PowerQuality Solutions (Selling Audits, AHF, APFC Panels etc..)Energy Management SolutionsIOT Based Cloud Services (Integrated Monitoring of Assets VCB, ACB & Txr etc..)Selling EOSL Products and accessoriesInstall Base ManagementBooking / Billing & Collection as per Weekly FC Qualifications ExternalQualification:Degree/Diploma in EEE / ECE.
