Job Summary
The Senior Project Coordination Analyst plans, organizes, coordinates, and tracks activities to develop and deploy solutions to support new client implementations. He/She troubleshoots project issues to maintain schedules utilizing established processes and procedures and makes recommendations for preventing recurrences. He/She oversees technical and business solutions with business stakeholders, identifies areas for process improvement and manages requirements gathering process.
The Sr. Project Coordination Analyst identifies and tracks project issues along with risk mitigation. He/She plans, schedules, and monitors schedule and activities to gain consensus on final technical solution that meets client’s requirements, ensures quality standards are used to comply with established healthcare compliance guidelines. This position interacts with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate activities to ensure projects and programs meet established deadlines.
