Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Business: Identify and engage potential customers across various industries, with a focus on industrial sensors , such as photoelectric sensors , fiber sensors , and other sensor technologies, to achieve sales targets.
Client Engagement: Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotes while maintaining strong follow-ups on leads.
Account Management: Nurture and expand existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies and action plans for photoelectric sensors , fiber sensors , and other industrial sensors.
Technical Support: Provide expert technical support for our range of industrial sensors , including photoelectric sensors , fiber sensors , proximity sensors , mark sensors , laser sensors , and pressure sensors , addressing customer needs and concerns.
Market Awareness: Monitor competitor activities in the sensor industry and craft effective counter-strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Results-Driven: Exhibit a relentless drive to outperform and excel in a rapidly growing and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 4+ years in sales, particularly in technical sales roles, with prior experience working with industrial sensors , including photoelectric sensors , fiber sensors , and other related technologies.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
Travel Ready: Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
