We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Annotation Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our data annotation services. Location is not a constraint. The role demands a deep understanding of the annotation industry, excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to identify and close opportunities across industries such as AI/ML, healthcare, autonomous vehicles, and e-commerce. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing a strong sales pipeline, and nurturing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
– Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for annotation services.
– Identify target markets, industries, and clients that can benefit from data annotation solutions.
1. Business Development:
– Prospect and acquire new clients by leveraging networking, cold calls, and industry events.
– Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
1. Client Relationship Management:
– Understand client requirements and present tailored annotation solutions to meet their needs.
– Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
1. Market Research and Industry Trends:
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
– Identify emerging opportunities in AI/ML, autonomous technology, and related fields.
1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
– Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
1. Negotiation and Contract Management:
– Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreement finalizations.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
1. Sales Reporting and Metrics:
– Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and progress against targets.
– Provide regular updates to senior management on sales activities and market insights.
Preferred Qualifications:-
– Familiarity with annotation tools and platforms.
– Experience working with clients in AI/ML, healthcare, autonomous vehicles, or related fields.
– Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
