Senior UI/UX Designer [T500-13624]

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to translate complex business requirements into end-to-end user flows in Figma, Mural, or other tools
• Develop detailed and creative storyboards, mockups, screens, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Work closely with other UX Designers to understand design requirements and rationale
• Prepare and document existing design screens and flows for IT delivery within Figma
• Review and approve engineering deliverables from a Design + Product lens to ensure accurate and high-quality output
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure all development needs and queries are met
• Update design system components and documentation as per product evolutions
• Ensure that all Figma designs are aligned with business requirements, pre and post delivery
• Participate in design team ceremonies and provide UX design assistance and expertise

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years working in UX Design, UI Design, Digital Design, or HCI
• Highly organized
• Strong and accurate eye for visual/design details
• Attention to English grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and clarity of writing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong portfolio of digital product or design work, creative UX problem solving, and IT/Engineering handoff documentation
• UX/UI and Figma software knowledge
• Basic CSS/technical knowledge and an ability to use browser-based developer tools
• Ability to build user flows in collaboration tools such as Figma, Mural, or Miro
• Design system knowledge
• Ability to translate communication cross-functionally (for example, talking to engineering about visual design needs, or talking to product managers about technical challenges)
