Job Title: ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) and Sales Order Management (SOM) Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Specialist to lead the implementation and management of Field Service Management (FSM) and Sales Order Management (SOM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of service management processes and experience with ServiceNow FSM and SOM.

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including FSM and SOM

– Strong understanding of service management processes (ITIL)

– Experience with workflow design, business rules, and script development

– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

– ServiceNow certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

– Implement and configure ServiceNow FSM and SOM modules

– Design and develop workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes

– Integrate FSM and SOM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change)

– Develop and maintain technical documentation and process guides

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions

– Provide training and support to end-users

– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FSM and SOM
