Job Overview

We are looking for a Site Executive to join our team at Urban Living, a real estate development management and strategic consultancy services company. As a Site Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our hospitality projects. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Any graduate (hospitality industry).
• 1-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
• Knowledge of local regulations and permitting processes

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of hospitality projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the project team & customers, building client relationships.
• Monitor project progress, update project schedules, and report on project status to management.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Supervise and motivate site personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during project execution.
