Job Description
Location:Bengaluru/ Remote
Job Overview:
As a Social Impact Experience Designer, you will have to leverage skill sets such as creative problem solving, business acumen, an eye for detail, design thinking and a knack for thriving in ambiguity towards crafting 11/10 volunteering experiences for the employees of our corporate clients.
Responsibilities:
Designing novel and impactful volunteering experience models and templates across various cause areas and across Gooderas categories (in-person, offsite and virtual) that can be applied to social impact organizations across the globe
Build strategic frameworks, models, and proposals for CSR, social impact, ESG and employee engagement teams at large companies
Represent Goodera on client calls, serving as an in-house social impact consultant
Managing and working with the experience design team to test novel experiences and improve older experiences in Gooderas catalog for contract expansion and new revenue generating opportunities
Build custom experiences for clients aligned with their social impact and employee engagement goals through host led experiences
Analyzing feedback received from volunteers when experiences have only been a part of the catalog for a short period of time
Taking ownership of growing Gooderas volunteering catalog
Good to haves:
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Familiarity with various design thinking frameworks to dismantle problems into its component parts
Creative, innovative thinker who can bring new ideas to the table
Big picture thinker who can execute on the details
You are an excellent team player with some mind-boggling oral and written communication skills mainly in English
Proficient with G-Suite
