Software Sales Executive
LOCATION:

JOB PROFILE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Software Sales
Executive to join our team at Dahlia Technologies. The candidate will focus on
promoting and selling our cutting-edge software solutions. This role requires a
combination of technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to
drive business growth through strategic sales efforts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead Engagement and Sales Closing:

Identify, engage, and nurture potential leads
through calls, emails, and meetings. Deliver engaging software demos, presentations, and
follow-ups to convert leads into clients. Close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.

In-Depth Software Knowledge:

Gain comprehensive knowledge of all our software,
including their features, use cases, and benefits. Address technical queries and offer
solutions tailored to client needs.

Sales Materials Development:

Create compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentation
materials tailored to prospective clients. Develop customized sales materials based on
industry trends and client profiles.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Design individual sales plans for each software product
based on market response and feedback. Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to
penetrate new markets and industries.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Analyse the market to identify potential opportunities,
client needs, and industry trends. Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our products
remain ahead of industry standards.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to
ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement. Provide post-sales support
and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Reporting and Feedback:

Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline
management, and client interactions. Provide feedback to the product development team
for continuous improvement of software features.

SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software sales or B2B sales (2+ years preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets under minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to client requirements.

REMUNERATION:
Depending on skills, expertise & experience.
