Spa Therapist

Job Description

To provide guests with professional and high-quality treatments in line with spa treatment training provided. To ensure guests experience is maximized through treatments and retail. Assist team colleagues at all times.

      Perform professional treatments according to standards provided with attention to detail and in a prompt timely manner.

      Advise guests of spa service programs, treatments and products available at the spa.

      Assist in promoting spa products to guests and offer full product knowledge.

      To notify spa management of spa product replenishment

      Ensure treatment rooms after every use is left clean and tidy inline with SOP

      Ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning a treatment according to standards and procedures.

      To report any guest related matters, technical service requests, etc as appropriate

      Assist in keeping accurate written records of treatments and products used in view of repeat guests.

      Participate in on-going training as required and continue to enhance your skills

      To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and nametag and follow good hygiene habits at all times.

       To replenish all necessary items in the treatment room as required

      To assist in strict inventory
