We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, and be able to create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive digital marketing plans to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales across various digital channels.
  • Manage Online Campaigns: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , and others.
  • SEO and SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and manage paid search campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Email Marketing: Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and customer retention emails.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform digital marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for various digital marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer service to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging content for different digital channels.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website content management systems (CMS).
  • Creativity Tools: Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva.
