We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team for the night shift. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods for our clients, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 4 years of experience in freight brokerage.

Qualifications and Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in freight brokerage
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in using transportation management software
• Ability to work night shifts

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the transportation of goods for clients
• Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays in transportation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
