ROLE : Sr Manager, Associate Director, Director , Sales (Marketing Solutions

LOCATION : Bangalore

REPORTING TO : SVP – Sales & BD

EXPERIENCE : > 5 Years

SUMMARY

We are seeking a sales leader to drive revenue and growth for Algonomy’s portfolio of Marketing solutions.

Primary Product portfolio includes Active Content I Ensemble AI

Secondary Product portdolio : Customer Data Platform , Personalization Solutions

BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Qualify the prospect in two to three meetings for Active Content and Ensemble AI.
  2. Close the entire sales cycle for the Active Content and Ensemble AI in <= 3 months
  3. Lead Client demo , presentations, ROI discussions and standard implementation questions.
  • Please note that the primary solutions are simple point solution and do not require active support from product or presales teams.
  1. Proactively generate leads in target accounts using personalised outreach.
  2. Implement and adopt sales processes and best practices for predictable funnel movement

Key metrics for this role

  1. Order Booking : USD 1 Million – 2 Million
  2. Conversion rate : 20% to 30%
  3. Pipeline generation : USD 1 Million

ESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:

  1. Experienced in selling SaaS marketing solutions e.g. Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation ,
  • e-commerce personalization platforms , email personalisation etc.
  1. Ability to perform product presentation and first level platform demo.
  2. Open to work in US and Europe time Zones
  3. Ability to close the entire sales cycle in a virtual sales set up.
  4. Hunter & Husting mindset
  5. Open to travel as needed
  6. Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form.
  7. Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  8. Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
