Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Claims Specialist Sr Manager/ AVP at Anand Rathi Insurance Brokers Ltd in Bengaluru. The Claims Specialist will be responsible for claims management (Review of claim documents, intimation to Insurer, getting surveyor appointed, documents follow ups with clients, Getting final survey report from surveyors, getting claims approval from PSU and PVT insurers in TAT. Handling claims, utilizing analytical skills, understanding insurance policies, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Should have min 8 years of experience in general insurance claims (other than GMC and Motor claims), Property, Liability, Bankers Indemnity, fire, Engineer, miscellaneous claims handling.
Candidate should have relevant experience working in Surveyor firm or Ins Broking firms in claims dept or working in Pvt Sector Ins companies are preferrable

Knowledge in General Insurance industry
Strong Communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Candidate must have subject knowledge and work experience in p roperty, Liability, Bankers Indemnity, fire, Engineer, miscellaneous claims handling.
