Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN) license
• ICU and operation theater (OT) experience is preferred
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Basic computer skills
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and operating rooms
• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Assist in surgical procedures and maintain a sterile environment
• Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide effective patient care
• Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and conditions
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
