Job Description

We’re B2B SaaS unicorn product-based company. We offer flexibility in location and are open to remote roles as well.

Position Responsibilities:
Ideation and execution of original static advertising concepts and designs, working with the creative team – 75%.
Work with the creative team to iterate based on test results – 20%.
Produces graphic art and visual materials for events, presentation decks, email, display advertising, web, and landing pages through a variety of media outlets.
Assist in the development of strong cross-platform creative (print, digital, POP, etc.), graphic toolkits, event/sales/executive presentations, digital and social media.
Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring the team completes all marketing deliverables in compliance with corporate branding standards, formats, and template styles.
Generates and manipulates graphic images, animations, sound, text, and video into consolidated and seamless multimedia programs.
Facilitates in brainstorming, design thinking and problem-solving workshops for the design team.
Upholds strong file management practices within the appropriate shared drive including working documents with version control.
Provides recommendations and designs based on the needs of the business.
Stays up to date with the best practices and trends in digital marketing and advocates knowledge across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years experience working with an ad agency or in-house, doing advertising/marketing for a reputable brand.
Ability to deliver inspiring work of the highest quality that is both engaging and creatively attractive for marketing purposes across social media and other mediums, both digital and traditional.
Experience with data-driven performance creative.
Ability to work with other creative team members, marketing team members and the creative director to develop new concepts into reality.
Ability to generate original visual executions and concepts, creating basic motion graphics and animation, that tell simple, concise stories.
Ability to provide a portfolio that demonstrates excellence with creative design, using both static and dynamic skills, layout, typography, and image manipulation.
Proficiency in designing, editing and creating videos.
Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator Suite, Photoshop, Canva and Figma and other design tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS in Graphic Design or related arts degree.
Portfolio and resume show skills and talent.
A passion for advertising, commercial art and the creative field.
The confidence to communicate ideas and sell them to peers and management.
Resilience to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
An extremely high personal immersion in creative digital media trends, including social media and content trends.
