Job Description

Responsible for achieving sales goals and over all management of lights library.

Ensuring 100% T v/s A in sales for lights library.

Ensuring 100% on-time delivery of orders.

Ensuring 100% on-time execution of installation projects.

Showroom display, visuals management and organisation.

Leading and managing a team of 10 members that includes sales team, orders team, technical team, accountant, cleaners and support staff.

Carrying out weekly sales meetings, orders calendars checks, installation and customer complaints check for target achievements, smooth and on-time functioning of multiple tasks.

Ensuring customer satisfaction.

Attending walk-ins when needed.

Establishing relationships with key architects and designers.

Reaching out to architects and designers in order to generate sales.
