As the Senior Structural Designer, you will be responsible for:
Designing and modeling various structural elements using cutting-edge software and tools such as MBS, RISA, Tekla Tedds, Etabs, or STAAD Pro software.
Creating accurate and high-quality shop drawings, permit sets, calculations, and structural drawings.
Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure efficient and effective design solutions.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
Overseeing the quality control process to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project specifications and address any design-related queries or concerns.

Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelor’s or Masters Degree
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in US Projects (Mandatory) in structural design, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
Proven expertise and proficiency in MBS, RISA, Tekla Tedds software to effectively create and manipulate complex design elements.
Strong knowledge and expertise in working with Cold Form Steel (CFS), Pre-engineered buildings (PEB), Light Gauge Steel (LGS), Miscellaneous Steel & Timber.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
