As the Senior Structural Designer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing and modeling various structural elements using cutting-edge software and tools such as MBS, RISA, Tekla Tedds, Etabs, or STAAD Pro software.
• Creating accurate and high-quality shop drawings, permit sets, calculations, and structural drawings.
• Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure efficient and effective design solutions.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Overseeing the quality control process to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to understand project specifications and address any design-related queries or concerns.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Masters Degree
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in US Projects (Mandatory) in structural design, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
• Proven expertise and proficiency in MBS, RISA, Tekla Tedds software to effectively create and manipulate complex design elements.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in working with Cold Form Steel (CFS), Pre-engineered buildings (PEB), Light Gauge Steel (LGS), Miscellaneous Steel & Timber.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
