Job Responsibilities:
Credit Risk Management:
- Prepare good quality credit applications, reports, risk and financial analysis including sensitivity analysis and assumptions validation.
- Ability to distil complex credit issues and produce credit applications which can be easily understood by relevant approvers (SFDA management and/or Credit).
- Ensure credit applications and consent requests are circulated and approved in a timely manner, minimal errors and overdue reviews.
- Answer credit questions and maintain good working relationship with Credit.
- Timely discussion with other CPM team members, regular updates, and early escalation of issues to Group Head of CPM.
Credit Process Management:
- Ensure relevant credit memo are prepared to seek India management approval where applicable, and in a timely manner.
- Work closely with PDO team on covenants management, drawdown conditions and custody confirmation including original documents are received in time.
- Support CPM Loan Admin for INR-related operations matters.
- Liaise with India legal team for documentation clearance.
Control and Compliance Management:
- On time preparation and prompt response to internal and external audit requests.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports required by regulators, head office and internally.
- Always ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or post-graduate degree in business management, finance, or accounting.
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial sector.
- An experienced professional who has prior experience of credit risk analysis and portfolio management of structured/project finance transactions in renewables and infrastructure.
- Strong numerical and financial skills with the ability to interpret financial information and able to perform sensitivity of projections.
- Strong knowledge of renewables and infrastructure sectors in India.
- Credit risk assessment, credit control and related administration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
