Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our team at New Horizon, a leading recruitment company. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our clients’ hiring needs. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in talent acquisition. The job is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition specialist or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Experience in non-IT recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Ability to screen and shortlist candidates effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
  • Source and attract candidates using various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and culture fit
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and making job offers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company policies throughout the recruitment process
