Job Description:
The role is responsible for driving and managing the talent acquisition strategy and processes within the assigned region/zone for one of the Business Units. The role focuses on ensuring the recruitment of high quality candidates while also supporting employee engagement initiatives. This role is critical in achieving the company’s goal of attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent in the region.
Key Responsibilities: –
Talent Acquisition
• Execute/implement regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s business
objectives and workforce planning.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of
candidates for various roles within the region for the respective Business Unit.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment
process.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to source candidates
effectively.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives to ensure a balanced and inclusive workforce.
• Promote the company’s employer brand within the region by participating in job fairs, networking
events, and other recruitment-related activities.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing
regular reports to senior management.
Employee Engagement Initiatives.
• Enhance the onboarding experience by engaging new hires through orientation activities.
• Monitor and ensure smooth integration of new employees into the organization.
• Work closely with the HRRM team to identify drivers of attrition and propose engagement strategies
to address them.
• Work on initiatives to strengthen the connection between employees and the company culture.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, town halls, and
celebrations.
• Maintain records of engagement initiatives, participation, and feedback.
• Prepare reports on engagement metrics and propose recommendations for improvement.
• Execute programs promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field must.
• Experience 3 – 6 years of Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement experience in the lending or
financial services industry is must.
• Should have exposure to work in HR functions in a fast-paced environment;
Skills:
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software’s and applicant tracking systems
