Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly seasoned and skilled Talent Acquisition Head with a minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 3 years in the mobile accessories manufacturing.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition efforts, crafting effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring the seamless onboarding of top-tier talent. As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce and driving our growth while creating and optimizing recruitment processes.
Location: – Mumbai (Vasai)
Main KRA Involves:
Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring
Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
Managing end-to-end recruitment from junior to senior roles
Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
Defining and driving the team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
