Talent Acquisition Intern
Job Description
Position: Talent Acquisition Intern Experience: 6 months Location: Gurgaon (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Job Requirement Analysis: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations. Prepare and post job descriptions across relevant platforms. Candidate Management: Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future openings. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Recruitment Operations: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Act as a brand ambassador for the company to attract top talent. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in (industry/sector). Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Technical Skills: Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Powered by JazzHR
