Team Lead – Retail Sales

to oversee and drive

workspace sales

efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

inside sales ,

small-ticket seat sales , and exposure to

day pass sales . Experience working with

channel partners

and familiarity with

HubSpot

CRM is a plus. As a Team Lead, you will manage a team of Business Development Managers, focusing on optimizing inbound lead conversion and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Manage a team of 3-5 Business Development Managers.
Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure team success.
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to drive

workspace sales , including inside sales, small-ticket offerings, and day passes.
Collaborate with

channel partners

to generate new business opportunities and enhance sales outcomes.
Design and implement campaigns tailored to retail clients, maximizing workspace occupancy.
Lead Management and Coordination:
Monitor inbound leads

and ensure timely follow-up and tracking.
Coordinate with the

presales team

to support lead nurturing and conversions.
Leverage tools like

HubSpot

to manage the sales pipeline and optimize lead tracking and engagement.
Renewals and Expansion:
Lead efforts to

renew existing workspace contracts

and expand client accounts.
Collaborate with clients to explore additional space solutions and services.
Develop client retention strategies to ensure high renewal rates and drive long-term relationships.
Deal Management and Legal Compliance:
Oversee all aspects of deal negotiations, including agreements, addendums, and legal documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Work closely with legal teams to manage contracts and mitigate risks.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Revenue Growth:

Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail sales.
Renewals and Expansion:

Maintain high client renewal rates and secure additional space deals.
Lead Conversion:

Ensure high conversion rates of inbound leads.
Team Performance:

Maintain high performance levels across the sales team.
Deal Closure Rate:

Achieve a high closure rate and reduce sales cycle times.
Legal Compliance:

Ensure 100% compliance with legal and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience:

8-12 years in

retail or inside sales , with exposure to small-ticket seat sales and day pass sales.
Experience working with

channel partners

is required.
Familiarity with

HubSpot

or other CRM tools is a plus.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Ability to coordinate with presales teams and manage inbound leads effectively.
