Role Overview: The Team Lead – Sales & Partnership is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and building robust partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong sales background, exceptional team leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaborations that contribute to the company’s long-term success. The Team Lead will mentor and manage a team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client engagement and satisfaction standards .

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative, positive environment.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving outbound lead generation and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis, with proficiency in automation tools like Clay, SendGrid, Phantombuster, Apollo, and Lusha.
Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions.
Client Engagement & Retention: Oversee the sales cycle, build and maintain strong client relationships, address escalations, and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the client experience.
Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on sales metrics, partnership outcomes, and team performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving strategic decisions.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in leading successful sales teams.
Strong understanding of sales strategies, partnership development, and client relationship management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
