Role Overview:

The Team Lead – Sales & Partnership is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving growth through strategic sales initiatives and building robust partnerships. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong sales background, exceptional team leadership skills, and the ability to foster collaborations that contribute to the company’s long-term success. The Team Lead will mentor and manage a team, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high client engagement and satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team by setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a collaborative, positive environment.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, driving outbound lead generation and optimizing sales processes through data-driven analysis, with proficiency in automation tools like Clay, SendGrid, Phantombuster, Apollo, and Lusha.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions.
  • Client Engagement & Retention: Oversee the sales cycle, build and maintain strong client relationships, address escalations, and incorporate customer feedback to enhance the client experience.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on sales metrics, partnership outcomes, and team performance, ensuring alignment with company goals and driving strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in leading successful sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, partnership development, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
