Job Description

Tech27 is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B industries, including Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Petrochemicals, Steel, Pharma, and Cement. This key role will focus on driving innovative digital marketing strategies, boosting our online presence, and generating high-quality global leads.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in promoting and selling digital transformation solutions, such as Digital Twin technology, asset tracking, energy monitoring systems, and Carbon reduction solutions using IoT tailored for large-scale organisations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

Design and execute innovative, data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to B2B industries.
Leverage

Sales Navigator to align marketing and sales efforts, identify target audiences, and support account-based marketing (ABM).

Campaign Management

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on , Google Ads, and email platforms to generate qualified leads.
Utilize Sales Navigator insights to run highly targeted campaigns for key accounts and industries.

SEO & Content Optimization

Drive website traffic and engagement through advanced SEO strategies.
Develop and promote high-quality B2B content, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies, aimed at decision-makers.

Analytics & Insights

Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and

Insights.
Analyze Sales Navigator data to refine targeting, improve conversion rates, and generate actionable insights.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue and growth goals.
Provide Sales Navigator training and insights to sales teams for enhanced prospecting and lead nurturing.

Digital Transformation Solutions

Promote and drive awareness of Tech27’s solutions, including Digital Twin technology, asset tracking, energy monitoring and Carbon reduction systems.

Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years in digital marketing, with a proven focus on B2B industries.
Demonstrated success in running campaigns for sectors such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or related fields.
Experience with Sales Navigator to identify and engage decision-makers.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and

Campaign Manager.
Expertise in SEO, PPC, account-based marketing, and CRM integration.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication, analytical thinking, and project management skills.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
