Job Objective As a Technical Project Manager at Cloudelligent, you will lead various technical projects from conception through implementation, demonstrating exceptional managerial and client-handling skills. You will be expected to demonstrate a strong managerial ability to motivate, build, and monitor diverse teams. You will own the process of breaking specifications created by the customer into clear tasks and timelines and assembling the results into a high-value deliverable. You will be directly interacting with client teams and leaders. You must effectively handle the client’s expectations to set and deliver goals accordingly. Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of technical projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet project milestones and deliverables. Effectively prioritize and manage project tasks, dependencies, and risks to mitigate issues and ensure timely delivery. Facilitate regular project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and reviews, to maintain open communication and transparency. Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalations, and changes in scope, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines and objectives. Monitor project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management. Optimize project management processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field; Master’s degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects in the IT or cloud services industry. Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and the Atlassian suite. Solid understanding of cloud technologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges. Experience working in a client-facing role, managing client expectations, and driving towards client satisfaction. AWS Certification – hold at least one current AWS certification, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner or a more advanced certification. PMP/PMI and Certified ScrumMaster certifications are preferred.
