Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage with potential clients to promote travel packages and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs.
  • Prepare and present attractive travel itineraries in line with client preferences.
  • Handle travel bookings and coordinate with suppliers to confirm accommodations and transport.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offerings for clients.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
  • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and feedback from clients to management.
