Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential clients to promote travel packages and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs.
- Prepare and present attractive travel itineraries in line with client preferences.
- Handle travel bookings and coordinate with suppliers to confirm accommodations and transport.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate with suppliers and partners to secure the best deals and offerings for clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and effective manner.
