Position Title: USA Accounting and Payroll Specialist

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM 4:00 AM (USA Time Shift)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Location: On-site

Salary: To be based on experience and qualification

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced USA Accounting and

Payroll Specialist (Compliance preferable) to join our team. The ideal

candidate will handle accounting, payroll processing, and compliance,

with expertise in managing liquor license, lottery license, and EBT

applications.

The role requires strong analytical skills, in-depth knowledge of U.S.

Accounting Standards, and a proactive approach to compliance

management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Financial Management:

Manage and oversee daily accounting Operations.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with U.S GAAP and other accounting

standards.

2. Payroll Management:

Process and manage end-to-end payroll for U.S. based

employees.

Handle payroll tax calculations, deductions, and filings.

Ensure compliance with federal and payroll regulations.

3. Compliance and Licensing:

Oversee and manage liquor and lottery license applications

and renewals.

Prepare and submit EBT applications and ensure adherence

to compliance standards.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.

Assist in tax preparation and filing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance or

related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in accounting and payroll, preferably in

U.S based roles.

Proficiency in accounting software and strong analytical skills.

Knowledge of payroll systems, U.S. tax regulations, and

compliance processes.

Experience with liquor/lottery license and EBT applications

preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently during U.S. time shifts.
